What is this? –SonicMaster 12:02, 7 November 2007 (PST)

It looks like DW's been experimenting with Wiki skins. It's not part of the Wiki proper, however, so you don't have to worry about it: we give people pretty much free reign within their own userpages, barring obvious spam or whatever. (I don't actually know exactly what is and isn't acceptable; maybe you'd like to chip in, DarkWarrior?)

Oh, and I don't think I've said this to you yet: fantastic work, so far. :)

Is there any place we could actually see a preview of this? ~Kaysakado  • Talk 13:09, 7 November 2007 (PST)

These are user stylesheets. I recently enabled them on the installation for DW to mess around with. See, what you do is, edit in your user page,

User:USERNAME/monobook.css

And put CSS rules in it. Then save the page and the rules you put in there overwrite the default ones. It's really neat. Wikipedia also has user javascript, but that's not enabled. :) --Digiku talk 14:20, 7 November 2007 (PST)

And Digi wins bonus points! That is indeed what I'm trying to do. Problem is that the only variable change that is working is the background image. So now I have no idea what to do. I had a nice starry night sky theme planned too. :( ~DarkWarrior Talk • Contribs 16:30, 7 November 2007 (PST)
