Pre-2.0 stuff

I just been having a look through the history of this linedef trigger, and I noticed that in the past, there was a version of it which, with a certain flag checked, required the 'Black' Chaos Emerald to trigger the linedefs. We don't really do legacy notes with our Thing/linedef/sector type articles in general, since they're always about what they do in the current version of SRB2, so naturally my first instinct is probably not to include it. I don't really want to clutter up these articles with information that isn't relevant to the current SRB2 version.
