Ever play Mystic Realm back on SRB2 1.09.4? In it was an unlockable called The Archives. Sonic Robo Blast 2 The Past is the Archives mode of SRB2 itself covering from SRB2 TGF to version 1.1 (the #SRB2 fun match mode beta). This even includes Doom Mod Sonic Doom 2 as it played a part in SRB2's History. (Includes a Multi-player only pack) This mod is not even finished and it's already turning into the biggest mod in SRB2 History.

Sonic Doom 2 DX is a fix up of the original doom mod. The plan is to go in, fix up the broken levels, add in missing levels and replace a few unreplaced sprites with Triple Trouble Inspired ones.
An update to the 2008 mod to bring it to the 2.0 engine.

When last anyone heard, Blue warrior had stopped work on the Mystic Realm port, so now I'm doing my own.The reason for the version number is because of being ported to 2.0. As of now, Blue Warrior's port is being merged in with this one to speed up the process. The Badniks will still need a resocing though. Currently, an updated version is also in the works. *May wind up getting Canceled or placed on hold due to lack of permission*

The Update of SRB2XMas2008 to the 2.0 engine. Some things will downgrade due to the new engine (Drilla) while others will remain the same. Classic Mode is still the main mode, Remix mode get's back its version of Emerald Coast and Megamix gets 2008's edition of the level.
Changes to be made from last year's edition:
Drillakilla downgraded to the 2007 edition's version due to the new shield system.
buttons finally replaced with linedef triggers.
Egghead's firing rate toned down.
Adding Megamix Emerald Coast to the Megamix preview
Bringing back Remix mode's Emerald coast.
Classic mode reverts to a bit of demo .96's level, Springing around's lights are going to be left alone here, but not in SRB2TP. Eggbase's Water springs are left alone.
Robotnik will be using his 2.0 sprites

info on the mod Sonic Extreme is different from most mods in that it started out as a "click" based Sonic Fangame programed in Games Factory Generation 1. The game would change engines from a barely working one, to the now modified Sonic SV2 engine. Level design would finally, in the case of the creator, start to use 128*128 tiles for construction of some the levels depending on where the available graphics came from. The fist level made using the tile method was the Emerald Hill test zone. Emerald Lake came afterword and took over the 1'st Zone slot held by Emerald Hill in version K2 (named for the computer used).
The last zone to be built this way was Quartz Caverns before the Fangame was put on hold/canceled due to the game "eating" itself. Several years later, the project would not go unforgotten as a trailer for the TGF project was still on youtube. Not only that, but plans for Dimension Glaber had fallen through.
Today, the project was intended to be fixed up to a playable beta state, only once work on restoration began, it was thought to continue the project instead while still releasing the beta along side the Emerald Lake SRB2 OLDC entry.
