MAP71, Tainted Gorge Zone, is the second Circuit level in Sonic Robo Blast 2 v1.09.4. It takes place in a THZ-themed valley filled with toxic slime.
Techniques
This is another wide-open map, so speed is more important than maneuverability. However, one way to really get ahead of the pack is at the second row of springs (the one overlooking a large drop and slime pool), don't hit the springs. Instead, jump over them. This cuts your time spent falling practically in half, getting you on the ground faster than if you had taken the springs.
