A_WaterShield is an action that gives the target player an Elemental Shield (green) and spawns the shield around them, playing the actor's SeeSound. Any other shield the player might wear is removed to be replaced by the Elemental Shield. If a drowning/space countdown is running at the time, it is stopped and the level music is restarted.
