If you received this error, it was because you put some part of your map outside the maximum boundary for all maps. Your entire map must fit inside the 65536 by 65536 fracunit block to be saved properly. Either move or remove parts of the map that extend beyond this boundary, which should appear as a large red box on the map grid.
