Expanding this article

We should really expand this article to a "Scroller Tutorial". It should include the following:

How to set up any scrolling effect so that it scrolls what it should.
A quick overview over all available scrollers and what their difference in behavior and usage is.
A specific Conveyor Belt section that explains the additional stuff for conveyor belts.
Usage of accelerative and displacement scrollers.
