Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers is a fairly new game, only about a week has passed since its release as of writing this. Also as of writing this, there are no available official mapping tools for the game.
This page serves as a guide on setting up Ultimate Zone Builder and various other tools for barebones RR mapping.

- Ultimate Zone Builder
You cannot use Zone Builder here as binary maps made with it are unsupported by RR. - SLADE3
