Sector type 13, Ramp Sector, is a sector type which increases the amount of fracunits the player can climb. By default, a player can climb 24 fracunits without jumping and 124 fracunits with jumping. Inside a sector with this effect, the player can climb 48 fracunits without jumping and 148 fracunits with jumping. Likewise, when entering a sector whose floor is 48 fracunits or less below the floor height of the previous sector, the player will step down to the floor of the lower sector instead of falling through the air like they normally would for steps higher than 24 fracunits.

This effect is commonly used to increase the step height of staircases. In order for the bottom step to be affected, the sector surrounding the staircase must also be given this effect.
