Talk:Sonic Team Junior

There is one other game that got about as far in planning as SEQ did. Can anyone find out what it is? ;) Oh, and Sonic Doom 1 actually has a few craptastic levels of its own, Silverfan33. Ssntails

Y'know, why is only a441 listed as retired, when there are plenty other people who are also retired? There are plenty of other people who were -once- on the dev team who have a place on the list (FoxUnit01, Omega, etc.) --Spazzo 13:04, 25 October 2007 (PDT)

Sonic Doom series pages

Should I? Or shouldn't I? (Sonic Doom's stages are Doom 1's stages retextured. Sonic Doom 2 has custom stages.) - Silverfan33 22:23, 3 January 2008

I'd say go ahead as Sonic Doom 2 (Along side SRB2 TGF) evolved into the SRB2 Halloween and Christmas demos.--Glaber 07:28, 5 February 2008 (PST)

Except SRB2 never was Sonic Doom 2. They just shared some graphics for a time early on. Ssntails

Would that explain why there were Sonic Doom 2 resources in SRB2 Halloween?--Glaber 19:34, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Obviously, yes. --SpiritCrusher 19:36, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Google name indexing

To Inu: NOINDEX doesn't work as it should. According to OutputPage.php (as it was back around MW 1.15, this wiki's version,) the function addDefaultMeta() should be adding the "robots" meta tag to the HTML header if NOINDEX is found, but the STJr page is not doing that for some reason. Strangely, Wikipedia displays the same bug, but Commons does it correctly. No idea why: may have to do with namespaces.

Here's the NOINDEX implementation, as it still exists in Parser.php, 1.15.

To SC: Thanks for helping, but please try not to make more ruccus about consistency (and I guess this goes to Inu, too.) This isn't personal: Just, for mine and Spazz's reasons, we'd rather not have our names tied to the site. I don't mean this as a betrayal or disownership of the team, if you guys might have thought that. (Note: I didn't communicate this with Spazz beforehand. Our actions are totally separate.)

If someone were to search my name on Google, I don't feel my time at SRB2 is representative of what they could find about me. A logical argument could be made about someone searching thoroughly, but honestly, 1. Who's gonna do that? ;) People don't have that kind of time. And 2. What does it matter to you guys, anyway? :) Is it much to ask for a personal favor? Consistency is one thing, but concern is another. I'd like to talk this over before we do another edit war -- calmly. --Digiku talk 00:07, 29 November 2010 (UTC)

P.S.: I was right, NOINDEX only works with namespace'd pages. Weird.

wikipedia:Template:NOINDEX/doc - NOINDEX not working is a setting, as I just figured out. I'll see about getting someone to change this ASAP.
And there, Logan has (supposedly?) done this. Check it again when you come back around, Digiku.
(Also, sorry if I come off as harsh, recently. I've kinda been stressed to hell and back recently. Hope you understand.) 犬夜叉(Inuyasha) 03:58, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
I wasn't trying to make "ruccus", as you called it, I just thought we should either display all names or none. I would have been fine with none because they're really not important at all, but if Logan fixed the NOINDEX settings, that's fine with me. --SpiritCrusherTalkContribs 06:42, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
Alright, works for me guys. Thanks for your help! --Digiku talk 14:54, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
