2.0 talk:Official Time Attack records
Submitting to Wiki AND topic
This page clearly states that a valid speedrun must be submitted to the MB topic before it can be added. But seemingly, nobody abides this rule. The question is: What can we do about it? Should we revert edits that do not follow this rule or should we remove the rule altogether? --SpiritCrusher 20:52, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
We should remove this rule cause after pasting all the data on this page, no one's going to want to post the times on another page (Unless they have a lot of free time)--SuperBlitzCraig
No, "I'm too lazy" is not an excuse. If you took the time to beat the record, you can take the time to post it in two places as well. If not, that's your problem. I should probably delete records that aren't posted on the MB or something. --SpiritCrusherTalk • Contribs 13:19, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
Pre-2.0.5 Records
Perhaps we could make a time attack record sections for each version, rather than just delete them all for 2.0.5? I don't know whether this is a good idea or not, so does anyone else have anything to say on this idea? Monster Iestyn Talk 17:30, 21 May 2010 (UTC)
All 2.0.4 stages are in 2.0.5 as well, so I doubt there's any use for separate records. --SpiritCrusherTalk • Contribs 18:04, 21 May 2010 (UTC)
By that logic, the Time Attack records for 2.0.0-2.0.4 didn't need to be deleted, so why delete them all for 2.0.5? Monster Iestyn Talk 18:41, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
The physics changed, and some levels were modified. --SpiritCrusherTalk • Contribs 07:18, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
