Talk:Level header
Why isn't there a value for TypeofLevel = 2048
? I mean there are values for 20, 21, 22, ... 212, but not a 211. –SonicMaster 14:49, 1 December 2007 (PST)
Because Sonic Team Jr. are idiots? Just play along wiht it. ~Kaysakado • Talk 15:18, 1 December 2007 (PST)
Idiots? If they were idiots, they couldn't make a game that is better than any other Sonic game, even better than Sonic 1, 2, and 3. –SonicMaster 15:56, 1 December 2007 (PST)
Looking at this page's history, 2048 used to be Single Player, but this changed to 4096 around 1.09.x Warpshade 20:29, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
Srb1 Gametype
What is the Diffrence between Srb1 gametype and 2-d gametype? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Eggmanfan (talk • contribs) 01:03, September 6, 2009 (UTC)
SRB1 Gametype will alter the speed and other character statistics on any gametype. Of course it meant for 2d mode, but it can be used in other gametypes. On another note, please use ~~~~ at the end of your comment in a talk page. It is only needed for the talk pages. Torgo 04:50, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
I think I'm going to need a visual Aid.--Glaber 13:40, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
Adding to wads natively still needed?
One of the current ToDo is to add a section explaining how to add the Level Header to wad files natively. Isn't that the explanation on how to use SRB2 Doom Builder and a lump editor? If so, than that ToDo should be deleted. Unless by "how to add to WADs natively" one means another thing that's not yet explained. Espyo 14:20, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
I removed TODO note, I guess we have enough at the moment to get started. Obviously "Using SRB2 Doom Builder" could be expanded upon and receive more deeper instructions like Import/Export scripts, how to avoid level header from being lost/overwriten with "Save Map into" and other tricks, but I think it would deserve an own article in SRB2 Doom Builder tutorial or wouldn't. Another thing: a skynumber list with samples (like MusicSlots) would be nice :-) .--Ezer'Arch 15:32, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
- I really think I saw a page that had a list of skies. But I tried finding it again and no luck. Espyo 16:11, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
Using SOCEdit for writing headers?
Anyone think that using SOCEdit's facilities for writing a level header should be mentioned and elaborated upon on this page? I don't want to get on anyone's nerves by putting something where it doesn't need to be... Warpshade 19:37, 3 July 2010 (UTC)
Pallete or Palette?
Palette ... Example: Pallete = 2
I don't know if it's support to be like this or not. Donovansrb10 16:33, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
