A_FlickyFlutter

A_FlickyFlutter is an action specific to the Chicken that slows the actor down to half of its scale value and cuts its vertical momentum as to emulate fluttering. This action doesn't use Var1 or Var2 itself; since it calls A_FlickyCheck internally, Var1 instead determines the state the actor should change to if touching the floor, while Var2 determines the state they should change to if falling. This action will also call A_FlickyAim internally.
