SRB2Kart/Thing types/Thing type 3202

Thing type 3202, Mementos Reaper, is a hazard exclusive to SRB2Kart. It is a gun-wielding, ghost-like figure from the Persona series that is wrapped in chains. It is seen in Mementos and spawns after 20 seconds. A player will take damage if they collide with it. It follows Mementos Reaper Waypoints in order of Angle, starting at 0. It will return to the first Waypoint at the end of the sequence. The Reaper will remain stationary if there aren't any Mementos Reaper Waypoints in the map.
