Thing type 3970, SMK Pipe, is a solid scenery Thing, exclusive to SRB2Kart. It is a green pipe seen in Super Mario Kart levels. If the Ambush flag is checked then the pipe becomes orange. SMK Pipes can be destroyed by running into them with Invincibility or Growth.
