Thing type 418, Score Monitor (1,000 Points), is a monitor that gives the player 1,000 points upon its destruction. The monitor is usually not placed directly on a map, but still has a thing number anyway. The intended use is to replace the Extra Life Monitor in Record Attack. Extra Life Monitors that have the Special or Ambush flag checked will turn into score monitors that award 10,000 points instead.
This monitor does not respawn randomly, and ignores the flags used for Strong Random Monitors and Weak Random Monitors.
