MAPB8, Drowned Downtown Zone Act 3, is the third act of the third zone in Tortured Planet. It takes place on the roof of a skyscraper. The player has to fight the Egg Slimer, and in this fight, the Slimer does not speed up when hit. If the player doesn't defeat Eggman quickly, floodwaters will rise up past the roof of the building and completely submerge the stage, at which point Skims lying dormant on the corners of the roof will spring to life and drop bombs on the player from above (unless the player already defeated them). Eventually the water will subside again and cycle, but this takes an extremely long time.
