MAP53, Cavern Fortress Zone, is the fourth Special Stage in SRB2 v2.1. It is a NiGHTS level in which the player needs to collect 80 spheres and get to the goal in 200 seconds to get the Light Blue Chaos Emerald. It is themed after the fourth zone, Castle Eggman Zone. Its layout is based on Slumber Circuit Zone, a Circuit stage from v2.0.

Points of interest
- After going down into the indoor section following the first swinging mace, go down instead of following the path of hoops and rings to find a big circle of rings and spheres. Paralooping this circle reveals a Nightopian Helper power-up.
- At the round wooden maze in the indoor section after the Ideya Capture, when you reach the second-lowest level of the maze, go left but then go up instead of continuing left to find a small room with a cluster of rings and spheres. Paralooping this cluster reveals a Super Paraloop power-up.
- After leaving the maze room and going upwards into the next corridor, paralooping the circle of rings at the start of the corridor reveals a Link Freeze.
