Stupid Dumb Unnamed RoboFish

Thing type 102, Stupid Dumb Unnamed RoboFish, abbreviated as SDURF, is a fish enemy seen in Greenflower Zone. The Stupid Dumb Unnamed RoboFish launches itself into the air vertically, comes back down, and leaps up again when it hits the ground or submerges itself a certain amount below a water surface. The Angle value of the SDURF determines its jumping strength. If the Angle is set to 0, it uses its default jumping strength of 44. As its name implies, the SDURF is considered harmless because it is so easy to dodge, and is commonly used for decoration purposes. However, it can be used as a suitable obstacle in certain situations — for example, when placed in front of springs to provide a timing challenge.

How to use

You may load this file into your favorite map editor, such as Zone Builder. Select MAP01 as the map to load. You may also load this file in the game: Save ex_t0102_stupiddumbunnamedrobofish.wad into the addons folder of your SRB2 directory. Start SRB2, go to the Addons menu, and then select ex_t0102_stupiddumbunnamedrobofish.wad. Start the game in Single Player mode. Press the Console button (~), and type in the command MAP MAP01 to access the example map. When you load this file in the game, it replaces Greenflower Zone Act 1.
